He has supported software and professional services firms ranging in size from start-up through 1000+ employees in the energy, financial services, legal high tech, Manufacturing, Real Estate Development/Property Management, and private equity backed industries. David’s areas of expertise span the entire employee lifecycle from candidate attraction through offboarding with a significant focus in organizational design and talent management/development.

He has held executive leadership and management roles in software and professional services firms ranging in size from start-up through 1000+ employees in the energy, financial services, and legal technology industries. Scott’s areas of expertise include leadership roles in consulting, sales, customer success, strategic alliances, finance, IT, and HR.

Most recently Doug created PositionPoint, an advisory firm aimed at assisting companies like Provident in setting up a foundation for profitable growth and then executing on strategies that support its growth goals.
