David Gray is Founder and Managing Partner of Provident IT Partners. He brings over 27 years of human resources management executive experience. David’s strength lies in his ability to understand strategic business objectives and to successfully establish the human resources strategies and operational processes that ensure the achievement of desired business outcomes. He has supported software and professional services firms ranging in size from start-up through 1000+ employees in the energy, financial services, legal high tech, Manufacturing, Real Estate Development/Property Management, and private equity backed industries. David’s areas of expertise span the entire employee lifecycle from candidate attraction through offboarding with a significant focus in organizational design and talent management/development.

Doug Wendler

Strategic Advisor

Doug serves as a strategic advisor to Provident.  He has been working in leadership roles in software and professional services firms for over 30 years and has managed organizations ranging from start-up companies to teams of 1,000+ employees. Most recently Doug created PositionPoint, an advisory firm aimed at assisting companies like Provident in setting up a foundation for profitable growth and then executing on strategies that support its growth goals.
